I guess i've already talked many times about eyebrows in the past.
By the way, thick eyebrows do make your eyes look deeper!
I have red hair but i always make mine up with a light chocolate liner as i like the contrast between the colour of hair and eyebrows. Actually, you don't need much to get perfect eyebrows: twezeers, an eyebrow pencil, wax to fix them and.. there you go!
